Energy Exploration International Mid-Year 2008 Corporate Update

Energy Exploration International, Inc. (”EEI”) announces that its president Mr. Curtis Best has bought out one of EEI’s original shareholders. Mr. Best remains president and chief operating officer and now is its majority shareholder. Mr. Best will continue to make the management decisions and have responsibility for overall operations, long-range planning, targeting potential partners and acquisitions and helping structure its exploration and development programs. EEI Announces Plans to Expand Into Asia

Energy Exploration International, Inc. (EEI) has announced plans to open an operations office in Asia. Last year, EEI obtained legal and accounting assistance in Australia, the UK and some EU countries to keep up-to-date and in compliance with local regulations for raising capital.
