Energy Exploration International, Inc. (”EEI”) announces that its president Mr. Curtis Best has bought out one of EEI’s original shareholders. Mr. Best remains president and chief operating officer and now is its majority shareholder. Mr. Best will continue to make the management decisions and have responsibility for overall operations, long-range planning, targeting potential partners and acquisitions and helping structure its exploration and development programs.
